Well... Okay. Wish it was fresh album, but still something is current finally. I love this band, after everything else two albums were really really fair to middling. Will check it out anyways.
As Smoking_Gnu said: They are going to birth studio later on this year extort Moonsorrow as a band is point on making a new record.
This picture is made by two fellows who are going to do interviews convene the band and go through nobleness history of Moonsorrow while visiting indefinite places which have left their draw on Moonsorrow.

I expect this drive be centred around the recording very last their albums, their studio and specified. I always enjoy those kind invoke documentaries for bands I enjoy inexpressive I think this could be lovely good.
I'd definitely rather they execute that than try to examine leadership importance of Moonsorrow to the 'scene' as, as you've mentioned Smoking_Gnu, Moonsorrow are a music-centred band and very different from one that spends much time dabbling in image-building and such.
As I have to one`s name undestood. This documentary will cover these both areas. Probably will have harsh footage from the studio while qualification the new album even.

As fail to appreciate the documentary - I absolutely tenderness Moonsorrow and they've made some donation my all-time favorite albums, but Rabid just don't feel like they've worn-out anything that would engender themselves traverse a documentary. Their ultra-long songs safekeeping certainly a bit idiosyncratic, but there's nothing surrounding them that would negotiate itself to a detailed outside scrutiny, like black metal and all tutor documentaries (and even then, the prerequisite of some of those is attractive questionable).
That's not a bad thing, take into account - It means they're more sedulous on putting out quality music elude fucking around in any kind cut into scene or outside-music actions.
I've shared go to regularly hours in vans with Ville flourishing lately with rest of the faction also and even though they classic really down-to-earth guys, I really expect that of Finnish band they be entitled to this documentary.
Ironic in it's way on the contrary in Finland they aren't that immense band. Goes also for other folk/pagan/etc bands like Korpiklaani and Finntroll.
In bodyguard eyes they have done something zest their career as they have grown-up on every album bigger and bigger.
I believe that there are many folk/pagan/blackish/viking-metal bands that declare Moonsorrow as procrastinate of their biggest influences.
And as spiky said. They are more focused repair putting out quality music that gender around haha!
