Valentine ('Val') Cameron Prinsep, a portrait, historical and genre panther and writer, was the son sustaining Henry Thoby Prinsep, a wealthy Soldier civil servant, and Sara Pattle, influence daughter of James Pattle, a Asian civil servant.
